Term Investments

Big or small , we'll help you achieve your investment goals.

Interest payment options range from fortnightly to on maturity.

Compounding options are either six monthly or maturity.

We contact you prior to maturity to discuss your requirements.

If you are reinvesting, the interest can be compounded, paid into your Instant Access Account or trading bank account.

Term Investment Rates:

Interest rates for our Term Investments are effective from 21 November 2008 with a minimum deposit of $5,000.00.

3 up to 12 months
6.75% p.a.
13 to 24 months
6.25% p.a.

PIE (Portfolio Investment Entity)

Investing in a PIE will provide some investors with a significant benefit over holding assets or investments directly.

Like a term deposit, cash invested in the HBS PIE earns a rate of return set in advance

The fund manager is responsible for paying all fees and costs associated with the administration and compliance of the HBS PIE.

You can invest by making a lump sum investment and/or by making regular contributions.
