As part of our recent iPad2 promotion and to thank you for being a great customer, all current HBS Bank members have been eligible to enter the draw to win one of 10 iPad2s.
We’ve had a fantastic response to the giveaway and have received thousands of entries.

Full Terms and Conditions
+Conditions of the iPad 2* offer:
- For all new loans with the Bank:
- The loan must be $150,000 or greater
- Available to Residential lending customers only
- This promotion will run from 14 October 2011 to 16 January 2012
- To be eligible for the iPad2 your loan must be pre-approved on or before 16 January 2012
- Pre-approval terms and conditions apply - if the pre-approval period lapses without the loan having being drawn down, the iPad2 offer is no longer available
- Any applications that are received on 16 January 2012 and which cannot be processed and approved that day due to means outside the control of the Bank, will not be eligible for an iPad2
- iPad2s will not be ordered until the loan has been drawn down with the Bank
- The iPad2 itself is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- This offer is only available to persons who come to the Bank directly
- This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer available
- Normal lending criteria applies

- Limit one entry per customer
- For the purposes of this promotion, customers of the subsidiaries of the Southland Building Society Group (who are not also customers of HBS Bank) will not be eligible for this offer. This includes customers of Finance Now Limited (FNL), Southsure Assurance Limited and Funds Administration New Zealand (FANZ)
- All customers who have contacted the Bank to enter into the prize draw on or before 16 January 2012 will be eligible for the prize draw
- Customers must have open accounts with the Bank to be eligible for the prize draw
- There are 10 iPad2s to be won in the prize draw
- The prize draw will take place on 16 January 2012 and all entrants in the prize draw will be e-mailed to advise that the draw has taken place and winners can be viewed at the Bank’s website www.hbsbank.co.nz
- The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- The winners of the prize draw agree that the Bank may announce and/or publish their name and/or photograph for publicity purposes and the winners will co-operate fully with the Bank for that purpose including by way of making themselves available for photographing, without requesting or receiving compensation or payment
- To the extent permitted by law, the Bank, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirectly or consequentially) as a result of, arising out of, or any way connected with, promotion of its prizes
